Make the widget feel native to your site in three steps.
Brand colors
From Configuration → Branding, set your primary, accent, and background colors using hex values. The widget previews live as you type so you can fine-tune contrast against your site.
Logo and avatar
Upload a square PNG or SVG (recommended 256×256) for your widget avatar. We'll automatically generate the rounded mask and dark-mode variant.
Launcher position
Choose bottom-right (default), bottom-left, or a custom offset. If you have a sticky chat or cookie banner, use the custom offset to avoid overlap.
