Three checks resolve over 90% of "widget isn't loading" reports.
1. Check the snippet is on the page
View source on the affected page and search for "connectloop." If the snippet isn't there, your CMS or tag manager is likely scoping it to specific pages — broaden the rule.
2. Check your Content Security Policy
If you have a CSP, make sure script-src and connect-src allow *.connectloopai.com. The browser console will log a CSP violation if this is the issue.
3. Check for ad blockers
Some aggressive ad blockers flag chat widgets. Test in a clean incognito window with extensions disabled — if it loads there, the issue is local to the original browser.
